Can students share the QR with absent friends?
No. Each QR is a signed token that expires in 30 seconds and is bound to the geofenced classroom. By the time a screenshot travels, it's invalid.
Does it work offline or with weak Wi-Fi?
The classroom display needs internet for the faculty to run the session. Student phones only need enough connectivity to submit a check-in — a single mobile-data ping is enough.
How is student data protected?
All data is scoped per tenant with Postgres Row-Level Security. PII is never exposed across institutions. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Regional hosting available for EU, India and US customers on University plans.
Can we use our own logo and colours?
Yes. Every institution gets a fully white-labelled experience — logo, favicon, primary colour, and login page. Students and faculty see your institution's brand, not ours.

How does billing work globally?

Do you support parent communication?
Yes. A branded weekly parent digest is automatically emailed with the student's attendance summary. Exam eligibility alerts also go to parents when a student is at risk of being blocked.
