These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Exper Attend (the "Service"), operated by Spurrin ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is intended for educational institutions and their authorised staff, faculty, and students. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription & Free Trial

New institutions receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and included limits are shown on the pricing page and in your admin dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass QR rotation, forging attendance, uploading unlawful content, or accessing data belonging to other institutions.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each institution owns its data and may export or request deletion at any time.

5. Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
